What Makes This Knife Truly Special

Rare Water-Quenched Yanagiba (Sakimaru) — Mastercrafted in White Steel
This exceptionally rare water-quenched Yanagiba (Sakimaru) is forged from aged White Steel, hardened over time for an incredibly tight and durable edge. At 360mm, and with fewer artisans mastering this traditional technique, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a piece of this caliber.
