KIREAJI's mission is to bring the artistry of Sakai's traditional Japanese knives directly to culinary enthusiasts around the world, ensuring quality and authenticity in every blade.
In order to make traditional Japanese kitchen knives accessible to as many people as possible, we have established a direct sales scheme with a Japanese knife manufacturer in Sakai City, Osaka— one of the three major knife-producing regions in Japan. This partnership allows us to provide high-quality kitchen knives and after-sales service.
Note 1: Sakai City accounts for more than 90% of the market share of professional chefs' knives in Japan.
