The Origin of Craftsmanship
-
Share your knowledge and experience generously—that is the key to trust.
-
I believe that experience and knowledge should be passed on freely to the next generation. Though these skills took me years to build, if I hold onto them, they come to a standstill. Teaching young artisans not only allows them to grow but often brings new insights to me as well, enabling us to raise each other’s level. This shared growth and the trust we build together become the true strength that carries genuine tradition into the future.
